This agreement (the "agreement") is between USBloodDonors.org, a California based organization ("we" or "us") and any person or entity ("you") who logs on, views or uses this website (the "site") or our HTTP server (www.USBloodDonors.org). Your use of our site in any way constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.

Provide a service of continuing to help the world's blood shortage. We provided a database of people within regions of the United States and keep track of Blood Type, and Contact information which is entirely for the use of helping the Blood Shortage and is never sold for profit to any third party.

That all information that you provide to us or to any members of this site is current, truthful and accurate. That we own (and you transfer ownership to us of) the copyright for all profile data that you submit to us. To indemnify us (and our members, managers, employees, agents and independent contractors) from all claims, damages, losses and expenses (including attorneys' fees in enforcing this indemnity or in defending against claims by other parties) arising from your membership or use of this site or your breach of any obligations under this agreement. That you are subject to the personal jurisdiction of federal or state courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah; that any action regarding this agreement will lie exclusively in those courts; that the substantive, local laws of the state of Utah will apply to this agreement; that you waive the right to a jury trial; and that the non-prevailing party in any dispute or action will reimburse the prevailing party for all costs and expenses, including a reasonable attorneys' fee.

To revise this agreement from time to time and without prior notice by posting the revision in a conspicuous location on the site.
